I am Ernesta Rupsyte, a graphic and web designer based in Munich.

After graduating from Creative Industries at Vilnius Tech University, my path let me to the capital of beer and bratwurst – Munich. For the past 5 years there I had a chance to work with startups, small and medium-size companies, individuals and NGOs.

My main passion is designing immersive user experiences both in the digital and real world.

I mentored Ernesta during her role as an interaction designer for the DPS 3 months program. I was responsible to provide interaction design guidance and feedback for the teams. Ernesta has worked in an agile manner, with a multidisciplinary team for the city of Hamburg. She tackled the problem successful by going through many design sprints. She has showed great passion, motivation and proactive attitude. She is a quick learner, skilled designer and reliable team player. She proved her capabilities in design thinking, problem solving, making the right decisions and move forward with the design. Ernesta gives great attention to details, while considering the big picture, to create the most efficient & user friendly experience. We worked with Ernesta on re-branding for our band and loved it. Apart from the fact that the result was everything we had hoped for and more, the journey to get there was a lot of fun.
